Council of common interests: PM terms PSDP change a major shift
The PM also told the meeting of the decision to allocate 10% additional financial resources.

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Wednesday told the Council of Common Interests (CCI) meeting about the “major paradigm shift” to lower federal Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) to Rs300 billion as compared to provincial PSDP.
The PM also told the meeting of the decision to allocate 10% additional financial resources over and above the provincial share under the 7th National Finance Commission Award.
The CCI meeting was convened on short notice to deliberate and decide on proposals relating to water resources distribution and some non-tax revenue proposals before the presentation of the Federal Budget for next fiscal year 2011-12.
