Actor opens up on having different priorities than her husband and creating work-life balance

Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma who married Indian cricketer Virat Kohli late last year said that the two do not let their professions affect their personal life, reported The Indian Express.

Anushka shared, "We try to create a proper work-life balance. Both of us really love doing what we do, professionally. Our priorities are very clear in life. But at the same time, we try and find time to do something together. We don’t take our professions or our career too seriously."

The Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi actor added that she and Virat don't draw their identities from their profession. While promoting her upcoming film Sui Dhaaga, Anushka explained, "We are very simple and like doing normal things. For the world, it is about our professions. But in reality, it is just normal. It is as normal as anyone would be in a relationship. We don’t see each other in terms of our profession."

Varun Dhawan who stars alongside her in Sui Dhaaga was also present at the promotions. He described Virat as the most humble person he's ever met. "I knew him even before I became friends with Anushka. He is very down to earth and a great player," added the 31-year-old star.

Virat and Anushka tied the knot in Italy in December. The power couple is excelling in their respective careers. While Virat will not be participating in the ongoing 2018 Asia Cup, Anushka is all set to hit screens with Sui Dhaaga.
