Brisbane charity groups including the Muslim Charitable Foundation and Muslim Aid Australia organised the charity drive.
The groups transported 132 hay bales to Goondiwindi from Gatton, Lockyer Valley, driving over five hours.
A spokesperson for Muslim Charitable Foundation, Yusuf Khatree, has said the hay was funded by Muslim communities across Australia.

Khatree has claimed that the groups have brought three truckloads of hay, with 44 bales of hay in each of the trucks. "Obviously it's not enough, but hopefully they will distribute it evenly."
In the Facebook video, Khatree has said contributions will help the farmers "a long way," and will help to feed farm animals for a few days.
Khatree has said that the hay runs will continue in the future and has appealed for further donations.
According to the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, areas in Queensland and New South Wales have been affected by reduced rainfall over a five month period.
