Effective monitoring: ASDEOs get refresher training

The provincial education department has decided to arrange refresher courses for ASDEOs and equip them with newly-purchased tablet computers for better monitoring. The move was initiated after the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department (K-PESED) completed over 9,000 School Quality Management Initiative (SQMI) visits to schools across the province. The Provincial Institute of Teacher Education (PITE) has launched the two-day refresher training for all ASDEOs from August 15 and it is expected to continue until September 7.
