Tennis: Ahmed advances in ranking event
Aun Ahmed defeated Ahmed Hasan 4-6, 6-4, 10-7.
In the under-17 singles event of the IC Talent Series Ranking Tennis Championship, Aun Ahmed defeated Ahmed Hasan 4-6, 6-4, 10-7 while in the first round of the mixed under-15 qualifying event; Emad Najam outclassed Hasan Hameed 6-2, 6-4. In the second qualifying round, Ahmed earned a walkover against Farzan Azhar while the third round saw Dawar Rehan beat Saeed Hussain 6-2, 6-3.
