Bushra Aftab’s diamond jewellery and kundan polki came to Islamabad for a two-day exhibition at L’atelier which ended on Saturday, said a press release. Bushra presented an exquisite Kundan Polki collection, capturing the essence of the Mughal era, and delicate fine diamond jewellery, which truly expresses her own aesthetic sense of style.

On her decision to display in Islamabad, Aftab said,” We always receive great feedback from clients in Islamabad and L’atelier has provided us with a huge new market.”

Aftab has been designing jewellery for the past 15 years. After starting setting precious and semi-precious stones in 22k gold, she began designing diamond jewellery over six years ago.

Islamabad-based designer Hina Salman’s chikankari and casuals were also on display, with the designer noting that the sale staff at L’atelier had been extremely helpful in helping her range succeed. Hina launched her brand last summer and exhibited in Dubai soon after, where she also stocks her designs.
