Three-day training course for gynae doctors concludes

LAHORE:
Ameeruddin Medical College Principal Prof Mohammad Tayyab has said young doctors should focus on research and keep an eye on latest developments to provide better medical facilities to patients.

He expressed these views while speaking at a ceremony held to distribute certificates to the participants of a three-day training workshop for gynae doctors. The workshop was held at Lahore General Hospital. He said institutions such as Post Graduate Medical Institute have international repute and those who served in other countries should also share their experiences with their juniors.

Prof Tayyab said making up 50% of the population, women’s health has great significance in the society and we must pay special attention towards gynae. He said doctors must remain ready to face challenges as it was common in their professional life. He congratulated all the MBBS students and wished them all the success in their practical lives.
