LAHORE:
A laptop, camera and other valuables belonging to a PhD student at the Institute of Communication Studies (ICS), Punjab University, were stolen by unidentified men on Sunday. In an application submitted to the university management, Mian Muhammad Tariq said when he returned from a class he found two bags containing the valuables missing from his car parked in front of the ICS department.  Muslim Town police said they would register a case after verifying the incident. Several ICS students criticised the security arrangements and said that they were useless if they could not see someone unlocking a car.
