New sector: ICCI urges CDA to develop Sector E-11

ISLAMABAD:
Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) urged upon the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Friday to focus on better development of Sector E-11 to facilitate the growth of business activities in the area.
A delegation of Traders Welfare Association Sector E-11, led by its President Awais Sheikh visited ICCI and held a meeting with the ICCI President Sheikh Amir Waheed and Senior Vice President Muhammad Naveed Malik to discuss the issues being faced by the traders their market.
Malik said that due to CDA’s operation against non-conforming use, many businesses have shifted to Sector E-11 sector but due to lack of development works, they were facing problems. They urged that CDA should start developmental works in Sector E-11.
