Indian Muslim actor trolled over bikini photos

Indian actor Sara Khan was mercilessly trolled after posting pictures of herself in a bikini on Thursday, Mail Online reported.

Sara, 29, a popular television actor, put up the photos while vacationing in Goa and Dubai. While many were all praise for the her bikini avatar, others trashed the actor over her sartorial choice.

The moral brigade on Instagram went into overdrive with users 'counselling' Sara to change her religion.

"I think you forget you are Muslim... You change your religion [sic] because in Islam [sic]... these dress can not be allowed," one commented.

"She might as well sell her body for doing this disgusting pics sharam Kar aur Muslim not white girl [sic]," another wrote.

"Change your religion do whatever then shame on u Sara you were my inspiration but now I hate you," another troll went.

Sara had earlier replied to some followers criticising her over Insta posts saying: “We respect each one of you. We respect your thoughts, we respect what you feel but you guys should respect us too..."
