'People from Karachi to Peshawar, Lahore voted Imran to make ‘Naya Pakistan’'
PTI leader in AJK Assembly says Imran’s victory a blessing for Pakistan
MUZAFFARABAD:
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Parliamentary leader in Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly (AJKLA) Abdul Majid Khan on Saturday termed the Imran Khan’s victory in general elections a blessing for the people of Pakistan.
Addressing the media Abdul Majid Khan said that Imran’s government will deliver for the prosperity of the middle-class Pakistanis who have been exploited by the former rulers since long.
“A new era and dawn has almost started to put Pakistan on the right path. In this era, everyone would be treated equally and jobless educated youth would be given jobs at their doorstep,” he added.
He said that the 2018 election was the real election of the people of Pakistan where they supported the genuine and young leaders of the country for the bright future of their coming generations.
Abdul Majid Khan said that it is time to support Imran Khan to make the country economically stable and prosperous. “People from Karachi to Peshawar and Lahore voted Imran to make ‘Naya Pakistan’ which means to end poverty, equal education system and job opportunities for the educated and skilled youth,” he added.
He said that more than two decades struggle of Imran ultimately paid him to serve the people of Pakistan and people from Quetta to Muzaffarabad pinned hope on the new leadership to fulfil the dream of downtrodden and middle-class Pakistanis. “Imran Khan could enjoy the luxurious life in and outside Pakistan but he struggled for this country to make it developed and prosperous and for this mission, we should support him,” Abdul Majid Khan added.
He said that during the last five years, PTI had served nicely in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) where policing is being considered the best than the other three provinces of the country.
He added that the billion tree tsunami plan of the PTI in K-P was the success story of the provincial government. The PTI government in K-P planted near 1.18 billion trees, which was appreciated by the World Bank and other global institutions.
The AJK PTI leader said that the declining economy of the country is the biggest challenge for the new government. He added that Imran will also face this challenge with the support of the people of Pakistan and bring the country out from the rising economic crisis.
