Politicians, celebrities and ordinary citizens from across the country have spent the day voting in what will be remembered as Pakistan's most nail biting election.

While voters lined up at polling stations across the country to cast their votes, around 370,000 Pakistan Army personnel were deployed to provide security.

If we know anything, we know you cannot shake Pakistan. Even after the devastating bomb blast which rocked Quetta earlier today, a massive turnout at the polling stations strengthen the spirit of the nation.

Apart from the obvious patriotic spirit to vote for change, some restaurants were offering yummy treats if you show your inked thumb! And boy, the turn out was phenomenal!
