Examining: Free medical camp held in Mohmand
Medical camp was assisted by six doctors apart from technicians, dispensers, lady heath visitors and staff

A free medical camp was held at the newly-built Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Mamad Gat, Mohmand Tribal District on Tuesday.
The camp — where six doctors including five men and one woman apart from technicians, dispensers, lady health visitors and supporting staff — was held by the armed forces in collaboration with the district administration and the district health department.
According to details, 1,853 patients including 475 men, 643 women and around 735 children from across the tehsil were examined at the facility during the camp.
A statement issued from the DC office said that 38 patients were screened for Malaria, 165 for the human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and 220 for dental problems.
The statement added that a number of patients with diabetes, blood pressure, Leishmaniasis and other diseases were provided medicines free-of-cost.
