Security operation unearths large cache of ammunition in Waziristan
Weapons and ammunition were recovered from villages in North and South Waziristan
Security forces on Thursday recovered a large cache of weapons and explosives in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Waziristan, said a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Elaborating on the operation, the Army's media wing said the cache was recovered from the village of Patwelai in South Waziristan and Gharlamai in North Waziristan.

During the operation, a large quantity of 14.5mm and 12.7 mm ammunition, explosives, anti-tank mines, improvised explosive devices, 81 mortar bombs, 7 RPG rockets, grenades, detonating cords and accessories of various weapons were recovered.
