BAHAWALPUR: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has always urged its customers towards conducting business legally; monthly profits after renting files and other illegal exchanges are the responsibility of the individual, stated Bahawalpur DHA spokesperson.

He expressed these views on Thursday after claims surfaced alleging that people had handed over their files to property dealers in order to obtain monthly rent/profits. DHA has always forbidden its patrons from indulging in such activities; the authority is not responsible for others actions, he stressed.
Every single person in possession of a file is provided with specific written instruction warning against such illicit activities, he added.
