Police Chief lauds efforts of employing latest technology for welfare of police and redressal of complaints

LAHORE: Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore Captain (retd) Muhammad Ameen Wains inaugurated Visitor Management System at CCPO Office on Thursday. SSP Admin Rana Ayaz Saleem briefed CCPO Lahore said that the system was developed according to the standard of modern policing, objected to solve problems of police officials on a priority basis, including transfer, posting, leave, NOC, promotion, confirmation, seniority, training, induction, pension, educational scholarships, dowry funds, GP Fund, medical bills, ACRs and other significant problems. He further said that due to the visitor management system police officials will get rid of unnecessary delays due to various tactics of clerk mafia. The applicant will get a token number and his appeal will be decided in due course of time. Wains lauded the efforts by Saleem for employing the latest technology for the welfare of the police and the redressal of complaints. “Lahore police is a pioneer in using the technology and is successfully using projects like welfare eye, local eye, hotel eye and 111 information systems.”
