Balochistan Provincial Police: ‘Official powers should not be misused’

Inspector Hashim emphasized on the need for high standards of discipline and integrity.

QUETTA: Inspector General Police Balochistan Rao Amin Hashim has said that there should not be a single example of misuse of official powers and state resources. In a statement issued on Thursday after assuming charge at the Provincial Police Office Balochistan, he said, “The powers we enjoy have been conferred upon us by virtue of public service and there should not be misuse of official powers”. He emphasized on the need for high standards of discipline and integrity saying that they are essential attributes of police service.
