Peshawar braces for Ramazan sports bash
Hockey, football, table tennis, throw ball and badminton games will be organised
PESHAWAR:
Directorate of Sports Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa under the ages of District Sports Officer will hold Ramzan Sports Festival under the light at different venues, District Sports Officer Jamshed Baloch said on Thursday.
Jamshed Baloch said that as desired by Director General Sports Junaid Khan, Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Dr Hamid Sheikh and District Nazim Muhammad Asim Khan events comprising hockey, football, table tennis, throw ball and badminton will be organised on different venues under the lights.
He said Badminton will be organised in Islamia Model School Sardar Colony while football event will be played at newly rehabilitated Tehmas Khan Football Stadium.
