
On February 8, the family court had dismissed her suit (dissolution of marriage) as no one followed the case. On Wednesday, Arshad once again filed an application for the restoration.
She said that a process of reconciliation was started between both families in the meantime. She added terms were agreed and the case was not pursued as a result. However, matters took a turn for the worse after just a short period.
She contended that if her suit was not restored in its original form and decided on merit, the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss. She requested the court that her application be accepted and her suit be restored to its original state in the best interest of justice.
