Court cases filed against Sarfraz Nawaz
Sethi has exercised his legal right by filing suits for defamation, with civil courts issuing restraining orders against Sarfaraz.
However, Sarfaraz has continued to speak out against Sethi, whereupon various contempt applications were filed and are pending against him, including multiple civil suits in Lahore District Court and the former pacer has also been issued gag orders by PEMRA.
PCB’s legal advisor issued notice to PEMRA with copies to all major news channels requesting PEMRA to warn the TV channels to stop giving air time to Sarfaraz.
