LAHORE: The 150-year-old Chinese Luban Workshop, which is already functioning in five countries around the world, is almost ready and will be inaugurated on June 18, informed Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh. Establishing this historic workshop will set a trend for technical education in Pakistan, he expressed during a meeting to review preparations at TEVTA Secretariat on Tuesday. The inauguration will be held at the Government Technical Training Institute, in which Chinese officials and other high level delegations will participate in, the chairman went on to say.
