Eight shopkeepers arrested

Eight shopkeepers arrested from various parts of Faisalabad district for decanting gas illegally

FAISALABAD: Police claimed to have arrested eight shopkeepers from various parts of the district for decanting gas illegally during the past 12 hours. The police said on Tuesday that the arrested shopkeepers were identified as Hamza Butt, Bilal and Zulfiqar from Rajbah Road, Arif from Ghausia Chowk, Yasir from Qasim Park, Irfan, Shehbaz and Ahsan from Akbar Abad Morh. Cases have been registered against the accused while raids were being carried out to nab others involved in illegal business.
