NCHD enrols over 16,400 primary level students in Balochistan
Commission operating in 439 schools in 24 districts of province
ISLAMABAD:
The National Commission on Human Development (NCHD) has enrolled 16,430 students in Balochistan at primary level to raise literary level in the country under its 'education for all' initiative.
The NCHD, in collaboration with the provincial education department, was operating 439 schools in 24 districts of Balochistan to ensure right of education for all at their doorstep.
NCHD Director Operation Sikandar Shah said, "We are working closely with the education department and also providing assistance for advancement of Balochistan dwellers' education."
He said that the NCHD was also providing equipment and conducting special trainings for teachers aimed at provision of education to disabled children in the less-developed areas of the country.
