IT exhibition: Pakistani firms to showcase expertise

Delegation of nine Pakistani companies to participate in exhibition to promote their products.

ISLAMABAD: A one-day exhibition, “Pitex Jeddah 2011,” of the Pakistani information technology and software development sector will be held in collaboration with Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry on May 22.

A delegation of nine Pakistani companies will participate in this exhibition to promote their products and services for the Saudi market, according to a fax received today from Jeddah.

Major areas of display will include e-commerce, database management, IT security, financial services, specialised testing services, telecom, satellite services, banking solutions and consultancy services.
