Imran khan is trying to fool the public: Shehbaz Sharif

'It is the responsibility of the state to provide health facilities without discrimination'

Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Tuesday that Imran Khan was trying to fool the public.

Addressing the media at District hospital Chakwal, he criticised the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government saying the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are only good at is organising protests, sit ins, civil disobedience movements and lock outs.

The next elections will determine who helped humanity and who went after politics of protest,” Shehbaz Punjab boasted.

He further said that District hospital Chakwal is being renovated and millions have been spent on improving the facilities.

“All pathological labs in Punjab will be free for even outdoor patients,” he announced adding that Pakistan will soon be able to compete with countries like Malaysia.


CM Punjab also said that this is not an era where patients will suffer due to absence of machines, negligence and corruption.

He further said the pathology lab is at par with international standards and emergency services are absolutely free whereas planning to make OPD free is under consideration.

“I salute the administrators here in the pathology lab and you won’t see such a lab in any other part of the country,” he added. “All pathological labs and CT Scan units in Punjab have their control in Lahore.”

CM Sharif even shed light on how the toxic waste of the hospital is being properly disposed off in 13 different plants imported from France.
