Considering the court order that has been passed against the release of any film material, it's still unclear when viewers would be able to watch the much-awaited film.

The case was filed claiming damages and restraining order against the vice president, production head of MD Films and MD Productions. HUM TV has been also mentioned as the proforma party on the legal papers as it is the official distributor of the film Parwaaz Hai Junoon.
