‘Tribal rivalry’: Five killed in Quetta
Five people were killed in two separate incidents of firing in Quetta and near Mastung.

Five people were killed in two separate incidents of firing in Quetta and near Mastung on Monday.
According to sources, a car carrying three people was on its way from Naushki to Quetta when unidentified assailants opened fire at it in the Mathora area near Dasht. The three passengers received multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot. The assailants escaped the crime scene. The deceased were taken to Sandeman Hospital, Quetta, for autopsy.
Meanwhile, two people were killed near the Eastern Bypass, on the outskirts of Quetta in another firing incident. The bodies were moved to the Bolan Medical Complex for autopsy.
The police termed both incidents ‘tribal rivalry’. No cases were lodged till the filing of this report.
