QUETTA: Two labourers lost their lives and three others suffered injuries when their speeding car turned turtle in Kund Maroo area of Mastung district on Tuesday.
According to Levies sources, a speeding Alto car, carrying five labourers, turned turtle in Kund Maroo area of Mastung, killing two of them and injuring the rest.
The labourers were travelling from Quetta towards Isplinji, Mastung for road construction. The deceased were identified as Qadeer Ahmed and Meer Ali, whiles the names of the injured were Shafi Mohammad, Saeed Jan and Arshad. One of the injured labourers belonged to Jacobabad, while the other two were from Swat.
In another incident, a driver of a water tanker Bau Deen of Kharotabad died when his tanker overturned in Hana Urak area of Quetta. The body was handed over to the heirs after completion of medico-legal formalities.
