Meeting: IIUI promoting Islamic values

 


Federal Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has lauded the role on International Islamic University (IIUI) in promotion of Islamic character. During a meeting between the Iqbal congratulated IIUI President Dr Ahmed Yousif al-Draiweesh on his appointment as the president of the university by the IIUI Board of Trustees for another four years. The minister praised the achievements and success of university during the tenure of al-Draiweesh and hoped that his leadership would double the pace of varsity progress. IIUI President thanked the interior minister and apprised him about the university’s goals, latest achievements, especially in the field of dissemination of peace and moderation.
