LHC declares AQ Khan a "free citizen"

The Lahore High Court (LHC) concluded the case of Doctor Abdul Qadeer Khan and declared him a "free citizen".
According to court's verdict, the nuclear scientist can move freely to wherever he wishes to. Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry heard the case proceedings.
In an earlier hearing, Barrister Syed Ali Zafar, who is representing the scientist, argued that the government had illegally restricted the movement of Dr Khan in the name of security protocol.
