Speakers discuss drug addiction
Punjab University conducts seminar to highlight issues of drug use among youth
LAHORE:
Punjab University Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP) organised an awareness seminar on Thursday on drug addiction among the youth. Anti-Drug and Narcotics Campaign Consultant and Drug Advisory Training Hub (DATH) Director Syed Zulfiqar Hussain was the resource person, while the programme was conducted by Shahnila Tariq from IAP. Faculty of Life Sciences Dean Dr Naeem Khan, Institute of Applied Psychology Director Dr Farah Malik, faculty members and students were present on the occasion. Dr Naeem Khan and others highlighted the issues of drug use among the youth and the need to enhance awareness in society for its prevention.
