LAHORE:

The Business, Accounting and Finance Society of the Government College University (GCU) on Monday organised a Talent Hunt to find the university’s most talented students.

The Talent Hunt, held at The Oval, invited students to demonstrate their skills in singing, dancing, acting and tricks. The event that started off with a competitive environment ended as a concert where hundreds of students spread around the ground dancing, singing and hooting. The event began with a flute performance by Mohsin Abbas, which was met with a loud applause.

This was followed by Saba Shafqat’s a capella singing. Two intermediate students presented the famous Michael Jackson’s moonwalk and other dancing styles, and won appreciation. Hammad, one of the students, said, “I wish the organisers arrange it every year, on a bigger scale,” he said. The orgnisers promised to hold the event annually.
