Festival: 3,000 yatris expected to attend Besakhi
The pilgrims will visit Janam Asthan, Nankana Sahab, and Sucha Sauda, Farooqabad before visiting Gurdwara Dera Sahib

Sikh yatris (pilgrims) will visit all the main gurdwaras in Punjab during Besakhi, stated Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Spokesperson Aamir Hashmi.
The pilgrims will visit Janam Asthan, Nankana Sahab, and Sucha Sauda, Farooqabad before visiting Gurdwara Dera Sahib on April 18 and Kartarpur Narowal on April 19.
All the arrangements for the journey including accommodation, medical facilities and currency exchange have been completed, he added.
The local sikh community, EPTB and other officials will warmly welcome pilgrims when they arrive at Wahga Railway Station. Soon after their arrival, they will depart for Punja Sahib, Hasanabadal, where they will stay for three days, he said.
