Kesc Workers Protest: Employee arrested for burning feeders
Several employees of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) broke into the Jacob Lines sub-station.

Several employees of the Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) broke into the Jacob Lines sub-station and ransacked the place. The police arrived at the station and arrested two culprits, Taj Muhammad and Gul Muhammad, while the rest managed to escape. The arrested men were later confirmed to be KESC workers, who revealed that they had planned to set the sub-station on fire. The Jamshed Town police said that the suspects had also been accused of cutting electricity cables near Mazaar-e-Quaid.
