Islamabad police arrests eight suspects wanted by police in double murder case

Islamabad police have arrested eight suspects including a proclaimed offender (PO) wanted by police in double murder case and recovered 1,670 kilogramme hashish, 90 litres liquor and weapons from them. Said Bacha was wanted by the Sabzi Mandi police for his alleged role in two murder cases. Police said he was arrested on Thursday.
He had been declared a proclaimed offender by the court. Sabzi Mandi police also arrested three suspected robbers and burglars.
They were identified as Alif Shah, Atta Khan and Irfan. Five stolen mobile phones, a motorcycle, cash and a pistol were recovered from the suspects. During the preliminary investigation, they confessed to committing several robberies in the twin cities.
