At the age of eight, Meghan Markle was already a queen - albeit for only a day. Marrying Prince Harry in less than two months and receiving a royal title of her own, Markle crowned herself at a birthday party when she was a child.

According to E! News, Markle's childhood best friend Ninaki Priddy's home videos show the former actor dressed as a queen. Starring in an unscripted backyard production called Your Royal Highness, Markle essays the role of a queen while her friends play princesses.

Who knew Markle was being filmed as the woman she was destined to be. The 1990 video shows one girl asking, "Your highness, isn't there anything to do around the kingdom anymore?"

The former Suits actor, in a British accent, replies, "Yes! Make me 900,000 cookies and sew me a nice dress."

Dressed in a pink polka dot dress, the cameraman asks Markle if she's bored to which she confesses that she is, before a clown appears and makes a pink balloon animal for her.

The video also shows Markle wearing a gold crown, raising questions if she will be wearing one from Queen Elizabeth II's collection on her wedding day. After all, Kate Middleton wore a borrowed Cartier tiara which King George VI purchased in 1936.
