Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool created quite the hype back in 2016. What attracted crowds to the film was perhaps the idea that it was the first Marvel movie that featured an anti-hero (a character that does both, good and bad things). Fans were excited for the sequel and without further ado, the trailer for Deadpool 2 was released.

While Dopinder waits as the getaway driver, Wade Wilson essayed by Reynolds smashes into a cab through the window - in true Deadpool fashion.

Introducing Cable, the antagonist, the trailer shows a laser-eyed, metal-armed man on the look out for a "kid."

It's pretty evident that the "kid" is a mutant and Deadpool has consulted other mutants to help him keep the "kid" safe.

Filled with epic punchlines - both, literally and figuratively - the trailer offers more than what was expected.

Gorey visuals complete the Deadpool package. And with Reynolds' in the lead, snappy references to wife Blake Lively's films were a given. Particularly where Reynolds' calls out Sisterhood Of The Travelling Pants - one of Lively's projects - to be an awful film.

Being the only character aware of his existence in comics, Wilson - at the end of the trailer - claims that Deadpool 2 "lives up to the hype, plus plus." He also adds that the producers won't even make a third installment as Deadpool 2 will ace the game.
