The traffic police began a campaign on Wednesday to enforce helmet use. Over 1,000 motorcyclists were fined and many more motorcycles were confiscated on the first day. A traffic police team led by SSP Ali Raza and DSP Nehal Siddiqui fined over 50 motorcyclists in half an hour near the Qayyumabad chowrangi.
