On Pakistan Day: Weekly bazaars to remain closed

The Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation (IMC) has issued a notification stating that the weekly bazaars in Sector H-9 and Bhara Kahu will remain closed on Friday since it coincides with Pakistan Day. The H-9 weekly bazaar functions three days a week including Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. It is a place where one can find every necessity of daily life under one roof. Thousands of people visit the market at various hours of the day for shopping. The bazaar is set to reopen on Sunday, March 25.
