LAHORE:
After the debate over curtailing exorbitant fee charged by specialist doctors at their private clinics the heat of both benches subsided when minister for industries, commerce & investment expressed his reservations and rest of the house unanimously agreeing to him, over not waiving penalties due after the deadline of property tax deposit.

The hot debate turned into insulting remarks when opposition legislators demanded the government to devise a policy for bringing down the exorbitant fee being charged between Rs.3000 to Rs.5000 from each patient.

However, the treasury legislators continued defending doctors adding why a specialist doctor could not charge the fee of Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 from each when a designer is charging Rs.50,000.
