Triple Murder: Couple, daughter killed over enmity

A group of unknown men opened fire on a couple and their daughter over an old enmity on Saturday. According to police Saddar area, Chak-215RB residents Muhammad Sharif, his wife Zainab Bibi and his daughter Muqaddas Bibi were killed by unknown gunmen in their house. Police officials said the incident occurred over a long standing enmity between Sharif and another group in the village. Another woman in the house was also severely injured. Police sent the bodies for a post mortem and the injured has been shifted to the THQ Hospital. According to police, 15 years ago Muhammad Sharif killed Ahmed Yar and a case was registered against Sharif, Falak Sher and Allah Yar but the court released them over insufficient evidence. Police suspect the murderer to be Ahmed Yar’s son, who threatened revenge against Sharif. OUR CORRESPONDENT
