‘Honour’ Killing: Woman shoots daughter
A woman shot and killed her daughter over refusing to marry the man she had chosen for her.

A woman shot and killed her daughter over refusing to marry the man she had chosen for her. On Saturday, Chak No155/EB resident Seeman Bibi shot and killed her 23-year-old daughter Rukhsana after the latter refused a marriage proposal. According to police officials, Seeman said that her daughter was divorced and was having an affair. Seeman told police that Rukhsana had planned to marry of her own choice. On Saturday morning Seeman shot her daughter in her sleep. Rukhsana was a mother of four. Police have registered a case and have started an investigation.
