Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Justice Noor Mohammad Muskanzai has said that the country is not the victim of any constitutional or legal turmoil as development of a nation takes time.
“We possess all the qualities of a developed nation,” said the chief justice while addressing a ceremony after laying the foundation stone of an under construction Judicial Complex worth Rs80 million in Naushki district on Monday. “People will have to cooperate with the judiciary in order to end the expression of injustice in our society,” said CJ Muskanzai.
“Building a Judicial Complex in Naushki will help our future generations create an environment where justice will easily be provided to the people of Balochistan, but buildings are not necessary for dispensing justice as it can be done under the shadow of a tree,” he added.
The BHC CJ said, “Being the third pillar of our society, judiciary must be equipped with all facilities for delivering quick justice to the people living here.”
