BHC chief justice downplays ‘impression’ of legal turmoil
Says development of a nation takes time; lays foundation stone of Judicial Complex in Naushki district

Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court (BHC) Justice Noor Mohammad Muskanzai has said that the country is not the victim of any constitutional or legal turmoil as development of a nation takes time.
“We possess all the qualities of a developed nation,” said the chief justice while addressing a ceremony after laying the foundation stone of an under construction Judicial Complex worth Rs80 million in Naushki district on Monday. The chief justice was given a warm welcome by the Naushki Bar Association and a guard of honour by the Naushki police.

“People will have to cooperate with the judiciary in order to end the expression of injustice in our society,” said CJ Muskanzai.
“Building a Judicial Complex in Naushki will help our future generations create an environment where justice will easily be provided to the people of Balochistan, but buildings are not necessary for dispensing justice as it can be done under the shadow of a tree,” he added.
The BHC CJ said, “Being the third pillar of our society, judiciary must be equipped with all facilities for delivering quick justice to the people living here.”
BHC delegation: Turbat University to launch law programme
On setting up a Forensic Lab in Balochistan, Justice Muskanzai said, “The provincial government has allocated funds for establishing a Forensic Lab in Balochistan.”
“A Forensic Lab is the need of the hour as crime should be pursued using latest equipment and technology,” he added.
The BHC CJ announced establishment of more courts in Naushki district so that people would not have to run from pillar to post in order to get justice. He said, “Efforts are underway to establish a sub-campus of Law College in Naushki.”
