PFA seize 160kg contaminated honey
Federal Investigation Agency arrested 60 Pakistanis upon their arrival at the Sialkot International Airport
SIALKOT:
The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) claimed to have seized 160 kilogrammes of contaminated honey from a factory in Sialkot on Friday.
The police said that Food Safety Officer Faisal Mirza raided a honey factory situated at Mochi Mohallah in the limits of Civil Lines police station and confiscated 160 kg of honey which was unfit for human consumption.
The police also arrested two factory workers Sagheer and Ameer. However, owner of the factory managed to escape from the spot. The police sealed the factory and took fake honey into possession.
