LAHORE: As many as 812 road traffic crashes were reported in the provincial monitoring cell of the Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) in all 37 districts of Punjab during the last 24 hours. According to Rescue 1122 sources on Sunday, six people lost their lives in these incidents and the injured were shifted to different hospitals of relevant districts and tehsils. However, some 368 victims, who sustained minor injuries, were discharged on the spot after provision of first aid by the Emergency Medical Teams. According to the data, 391 drivers, 15 underage drivers, 122 pedestrians and 397 passengers were among the victims of these road traffic crashes.
