While their film Padmavat has encountered various controversies in the past year, there were also many reports alleging that their relationship is going through a rough patch. While on holiday, the couple was joined by their families. Deepika was rumoured to have received some expensive gifts – a designer sari and a diamond set from Ranveer’s parents.

Previously, the Gully Boy actor was seen spending time with Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone last month, when he was at the inaugural ceremony of Padukone-Dravid Center for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru.
