2,000 to be trained for call centres

Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh has said TEVTA, in collaboration with the world’s leading customer support company, TRG, would provide Call Centre Customer Support training to 2,000 youth across Punjab.
In this regard, TRG Chief Executive Officer Nadeem Elahi had a meeting with TEVTA chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh on Thursday at the TEVTA Secretariat. While addressing the meeting Sheikh, went on to say that
