Talking to reporters at the Peshawar Press Club on Saturday, Hoti, a former federal minister, said that the PTI-led provincial government was involved in corruption, political victimisation and harassment of its opponents.

He said he would produce proofs before media representatives about of the corruption of PTI ministers and explain the same in public meetings.

Levelling allegations: PML-N demands transfer of high ranking officials in Mardan

Criticising inductions in Mardan police, he said: “Police officials have been appointed on political grounds in the district.” He added that instead of performing their jobs and maintaining the law and order situation, Mardan Police was being used to suppress political rivals.

Hoti vowed that his party would resist all such ‘illegal activities’ of the PTI government, its MPAs and ministers.

“The K-P Ehtesaab Commission is not taking any notice of the rampant corruption in various government departments,” he insisted.

He claimed that he would expose major scandals in procurement of medicines being supplied to various health facilities across the province.
