Shaan and Humaima starrer Arth – The Destination releases

Shaan’s directorial Arth – The Destination was recently released in cinemas across Pakistan. The star cast includes Shaan, Mohib Mirza, Humaima Malick and Uzma Hassan in lead roles. The movie faces fierce competition by another release Rangreza which was also released recently.



Diplo ready to rock Pakistan next year!

After gracing house/trance music lovers in Pakistan with his presence in 2016, DJ Diplo took to Twitter and announced that he will be returning to Pakistan for a musical collaboration. His tweet said: “What’s up Pakistan? This is Diplo! We’re bringing Mad Decent Block Party (MDBP) to you early in February 2018! Details coming out pretty soon!” We’re super excited!



Powerhouse all-women cast in Ocean’s 8

One of Hollywood’s most popular movie franchise Ocean’s 11 is all set to release its latest chapter, Ocean’s 8 starring a stellar all-women cast. We’re all excited for this one with Hollywood’s best in one frame including Sandra Bullock who plays the sister of Danny Ocean (played by George Clooney in previous parts), Rihanna, Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Awkwafina, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway.



Malala Yousufzai to appear on David Letterman Show

Youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousufzai was recently interviewed by popular talk show host David Letterman for his upcoming Netflix show. Rumour has it that Malala is the second personality of the six personalities who will be interviewed for the show. Letterman hasn’t yet disclosed who the other five personalities are but it has been predicted that Barack Obama is number one on the list and has already been interviewed. Looks like we’ll have to wait to find out!



Meghan Markle’s engagement dress sparks controversy

After a post-engagement photo shoot was released of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the latter was heavily criticised on her engagement dress which costed a whopping £56,000. The black tulle gown with gold feather threadwork was from Ralph and Russo’s Autumn/Winter 16/17 collection. The amount spent on the dress outraged people as it amounts to twice the average wage in the UK and could’ve been used for charitable causes.



Virushka Wedding Festivities Continue

The couple everyone’s talking about these days, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma recently returned from Delhi after hosting their reception. However, it doesn’t end there because the couple hosted another grand reception in Mumbai attended by Bollywood celebrities and cricketers.
