RAWALPINDI: A woman died on Sunday in the ambulance on its way to hospital in Murree. The incident took place due to irregular and mismanaged parking on the both sides of Viewforth Road. According to sources, the tourists visiting the Hill Station parked their cars along the sides of Kuldana Road which led to the Viewforth Road, Hall Road and Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Road resulting into a heavy traffic jam. This traffic disorder affected all other roads which made it difficult for the ambulance near Viewforth Road to make its way to the hospital. However, according to the traffic plan by the city traffic police it was prohibited to park vehicles in the vicinity of busy roads which was overlooked by the commuters. The area residents and relatives of the deceased urged the Chief Minister of Punjab Shehbaz Sharif for justice.
